10 Reasons why Solomon Li is an Anti-Villain

This should explain what an Anti-Villain is in sufficient detail. As my long time fans know, I have identified as a Super Villian. Written in 3rd person because it’s the Anti-villainous thing to do!

1. He chooses to be nice, despite being powerful enough to warrant tyranny (if he so chose). But it stems from a deep seated foundation of his own superiority.

“Pettiness is for mortals and peasants, I am above that.”
“All are equal. Equally removed from me.”

2. Believes that enlightenment is also a sense of detachment that renders a vaccum of feelings/guilt when committing murder. Which should always be logical, not an act of passion, and resulting in a greater net positive.

3. His nobility reminds others that they are not enough, and as a result inflicts existential suffer. He secretly takes schadenfraude in the misery caused by inferiority, even though he takes no pleasure in torture. An Olympian, in the Olympics of Suffering- “You caved in only after that much injustice? Pfft, weak!”

4. Solomon feeds the hungry, gifts money to the needy, heals the sick, and protects/escorts those who are lost, but everyone says he is doing it to control others. He does it to demonstrate control of _himself_ … but same difference.

5. The only way to rationalise his own suffering is that such experiences help people to improve and better themselves. Overcoming suffering is a liberating experience, and self cultivation is an accomplishment that comes to fruition after many bitter setbacks.

“Could cure cancer, but doesn’t because humans aren’t ready for it.”

6. Embodies the Paradox of Respecting Free Will, along with the Needing to Curtain Free-will for the Greater Good. “Do what you like, as long as it’s within these set boundaries I dictate. However, within those set boundaries, I make no dictates.”

7. Personal Creed : “Power is Truth, and Karma is Justice”. Sympathises with Social Darwinism. Not a Nazi, but likes the fit frfr.

“The weak die so that the strong may live. So die, and become food for me to grow!”

8. The Hero sacrifices you to save the world, the Villain sacrifices the world to save you: Solomon would sacrifice himself again to save everyone. You’re welcome.

9. Classically Absurd, laughs at everything: He unironically thought that “Stan”, by Eminem, was meant to be funny. Never intends to be mean, however.

10. His Ultimate damage inflicted to enemies by perverting them into parodies of themselves: their Fate is to be strawmen for his own agenda. Basically turns his enemies into memes, to be deliberately misinterpreted, just as he was…
