I have been trying to use A.I. as a verisimilitude of a peer, but even the advances made in recent decades have not yet proven equal to my own bio-psychologival A.I.
Mini review of a Manhwa series. Spoilers, avoid NOW if you don’t want to ruin it for yourself.

What we have is a case of an isekei hero returning home with their powers, only to find that life back home is now deplorable as they have no friends, family, or even future in their origin-world. So what do we do? Misery loves company, thus we see heroes going on a rampage, becoming warlords, and paragons of the Apocalypse.
It’s depressing, especially with the emotional roller coasters of almost every hero returning from their noble quest to become outcasts at home. Understandably, being human, they snap, and become monsters…
Plot twist: The original timeline wasn’t meant to be this way, and the Heroes Armageddon was a result of one hero, the Return Hero, whose power is literally Groundhog Day. In the original timeline, he fought alongside the [uncorrupted] heroes to save the world, but after living a full life, he returns back to his teenage self. After hundreds of thousands of deaths taking their toll, he realises that the only time he won’t revive is if he is killed by a demon lord. Simple, right? Except on Earth, there are no demon lords.
So he can just die by the hands of a bad hero who evolves into a demon lord, right? No, his former allies keep killing any potential demon lords.
So it’s simple- he corrupts the strongest hero into a demon lord, thus no one can stop them! That hero is/was/should have been(?) his best friend, and the person we initially thought to be the Protagonist…
Billions die, so that one person finally may.
Of course, we still have the hero turned demon lord to address, and this guy is determined to destroy the world. ๐
Could you do it? Either live in an infinite loop, or kill half the world in order to end things, possibly destroying the whole planet too? It’s quite the hypothetical…
