When we think “Best”, it’s often difficult to distinguish one particular candidate, but the truest measure of quality is in a certain ability to weather time. In this manner, Hajime no Ippo clearly demonstrates why, after 35 years, it’s still highly respectable and clamoured by the fans.
We just hope that the mangaka can stay among the living before the series conclusion…
